Privacy Policy (Effective: May 2026)

Biswell LLC (“Biswell,” “we,” “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and end-users of marketing services we operate for our clients. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your information.

Who this policy applies to: (1) Visitors to biswell.com, and (2) consumers whose names, phone numbers, or email addresses are collected through Biswell-managed client websites, forms, and opt-in flows. If you receive marketing communications powered by Biswell, this policy describes how your data is handled and your rights.

Information we collect: names, phone numbers, and emails submitted via forms on client websites, usage analytics (pages visited, device type, browser), and business owner contact information collected during Biswell’s client onboarding. Collection occurs directly from forms, GoHighLevel, HailTrace, and Meta Ads campaigns. We do not sell this data to third parties. For a full explanation of our data practices, see details below.

How We Collect & Use Information

Data is collected through web forms on client sites. This includes direct opt-ins as well as filtered data lists with DNC compliance. Information is used to send automated SMS and email marketing on behalf of business clients (only to lawfully obtained contacts), manage campaigns, generate performance reports, respond to inquiries, and improve services.

SMS & Text Marketing Compliance: All SMS campaigns adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). By opting in via forms, you consent to receive automated texts; every message includes opt-out by replying STOP (removes you immediately). Biswell manages opt-outs honoring requests promptly and maintaining opt-out status permanently.

Email Marketing Compliance: All marketing emails include a visible unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days. Biswell does not engage in deceptive subject lines or falsified sender records. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable state laws.

Third-Party Providers & Data Retention

Biswell works with public records data and several AI tools in order to formulate contacts and use the public record data to automate marketing sequences for their clients. Each provider maintains its own privacy and security standards. Biswell does not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention: Contact and campaign data is retained for the duration of the client engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for reporting, optimization, and legal duties. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of marketing (reply STOP on SMS, use unsubscribe in emails, or contact us directly). Biswell’s services are not directed at individuals under age 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Data Security, Changes & Contact

Biswell takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is processed through enterprise-grade platforms with robust security infrastructure. Policy changes: Biswell may update this notice at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
