Welcome to Biswell LLC. By accessing or using the Biswell website or services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Biswell LLC is an AI-driven digital transformation company headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK. Please read these Terms carefully.
Services Provided
Biswell offers AI-powered digital marketing services for local businesses. Our solutions include website builds, monthly retainer marketing campaigns (SMS, email, social media ads), lead generation, and campaign management. Services are provided in The ‘Packages’ page.
Payment Terms
Depending upon the package selection, The payment for the build is due either immediately for sequence building, and 50% of website build fees are due before work begins; the remaining 50% is due on the launch day. Monthly retainers are auto-billed with net-7 payment terms. Overdue accounts (past 7 days) incur a 1.5% monthly late fee. Services may be suspended if payment is more than 14 days late.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All build fees are non-refundable. Monthly retainers will be prorated to the last day of service. Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice. The initial term of service is 12 months, auto-renewing monthly thereafter unless terminated with 30 day written notice.
Scope of Work & Revisions
Deliverables are clearly defined per package. Two revision rounds are included by default. Additional revisions will be billed as a change order at $150 per hour.
Intellectual Property
Clients own their content, including photos, copy, and domain. Biswell LLC retains ownership of its build methodology, tools, templates, AI workflows, and system architecture.
Liability, Confidentiality & Other Terms
Limitation of Liability
Biswell’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30-day period. Biswell is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. Force majeure: Biswell is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other’s proprietary or sensitive information. Client data will be protected per applicable privacy laws.
Governing Law, Changes & Contact
